Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

The Executive Roof Coach offers a refund policy designed to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds may be requested within 30 days of enrollment, provided that:

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any course materials or resources
  • The refund request is submitted in writing to our support team
  • You provide a valid reason for the refund request

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at refunds@executiveroofcoach.com
  2. Include your enrollment confirmation number and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Enrollments after 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Accounts that have accessed more than 20% of the course content
  • Downloaded materials, templates, or resources
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests made after the completion of the program

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may apply to cases where technical issues prevented access to content or other extenuating circumstances.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it may take 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your enrollment at any time. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the criteria outlined in this policy.

Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
