Open the ERC login and select “Forgot your password?” Follow the reset instructions using the email associated with your account. If you originally used a social login, try that same sign-in method.

First, check that you used the email associated with your ERC enrollment. If your training still doesn’t appear, email the ERC team so we can check your access. Creating another account won’t transfer your enrollment.

Check your inbox and spam folder for your ERC onboarding and school emails. If you can’t find them, contact our team to confirm the next step for your enrollment.
